Andy is the owner and CEO for AGE Solutions LLC. He has over 35 years of enterprise technology experience, most of which have been spent in the engineering of high-availability, high-security distributed networks. He has significant experience with major programs with the Department of Defense as a Principal Architect of classified and unclassified worldwide networks. His unparalleled knowledge of DoD telecommunications policy and pricing has enabled him to help customers improve network performance while reducing cost of ownership. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics from Creighton University and a Master’s Degree in Operations Research from George Washington University.

Stone is Senior Vice President at AGE Solutions, with more than 25 years of leadership in defense technology, enterprise modernization, and program management. She has led and won over 100 task orders at the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) totaling nearly $500 million, delivering measurable results for mission-critical programs. Before joining AGE, Stone managed large DoD initiatives including DLA JETS 1.0 IDIQ and led enterprise collaboration projects at NES Associates, where she oversaw DLA’s Microsoft O365 rollout. She began her career in configuration and project management at Robbins-Gioia, LLC and earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of South Carolina.
Esteban serves as Chief Strategy Officer at AGE Solutions, leading the company’s strategic growth, mission alignment, and technical solutions architecture across the federal and defense sectors. Bringing more than two decades of combined military, federal civilian, and defense industry experience, Esteban specializes in translating complex mission mandates into actionable, enterprise-scale capabilities.
Prior to joining AGE Solutions, Esteban served as Technical Director for the Portfolio Acquisition Executive Cyber (PAE Cyber) at the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), where he shaped enterprise cybersecurity strategy, drove adoption of Zero Trust Architecture, and modernized ICAM and PKI capabilities across the DoD. Earlier, he held leadership roles at ManTech, Tapestry, and CSC, and served with the U.S. Army and U.S. Army Reserve.
A Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Esteban holds a Bachelor of Science from American Military University.
Ryan serves as the Chief Technology Officer and has over 20 years of experience developing technical solutions for the Department of Defense, Federal, and commercial customers. He has been at the forefront of technical innovations in the DoD including serving as the Lead Architect on the Defense Enterprise Office Solution (DEOS) program and spearheading design efforts for large scale architectures for customers including the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), and the United States Air Force (USAF). Prior to joining AGE Solutions, Mr. Finneran was a Solution Architect at GDIT and a Chief Engineer at NES Associates. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from The Ohio State University, is a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) and Cisco Certified Design Expert (CCDE), and is a proud veteran of the Ohio Air National Guard.
Trey is an experienced executive with over 25 years in the industry and is currently the Chief Technology Officer at AGE Solutions. Before joining AGE, Trey led architecture and engineering projects at GDIT and NES Associates, including DISA (Defense Enterprise Office Solution (DEOS)), USAF Cloud Hosted Enterprise Services (CHES), Department of Veterans Affairs IPv6 transition, and DLA Enterprise Telecommunications Network Cyber Defense. Additionally, Trey has played a key role in securing new DoD business opportunities, highlighting both his technical expertise and his strategic business skills. He holds a degree from Virginia Tech in Decision Support Systems within Business Information Technology. Trey’s credentials include Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) Emeritus, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
Katrina serves as Senior Vice President of AGE Solutions’ Infrastructure Modernization division, where she leads strategy, growth, and delivery across the organization’s portfolio of complex IT infrastructure modernization programs. She focuses on strengthening customer partnerships, advancing strategic initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence. Prior to AGE Solutions, Katrina held roles at General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), supporting business development, strategic planning, and customer engagement. With more than 10 years of experience leading teams, managing complex programs, and driving business growth, she brings a strong focus on delivering customer value and advancing mission outcomes.
Dan joined AGE in May 2023. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer at BlueWater Federal Solutions, NES Associates, and Project Performance Corporation, where he was responsible for managing all aspects of profit and loss and business operations through multiple exits. Over his 40-plus-year career, he has held senior financial positions with several well-known companies, including Northrop Grumman and Hewlett-Packard. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington.
Lori joined AGE Solutions in May 2021 and is the Chief Growth Officer. She draws from over 30 years of experience providing technology solutions to government and commercial customers with a track record of beating sales and bookings targets. Previously, Ms. Severson has held executive level positions at Awarepoint, General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems, Scientific-Atlanta, and Smiths Industries. Lori holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Studies from UCLA and a Masters of Business Administration from San Diego State University.
Pat oversees IT operations, cybersecurity, and compliance while playing a critical role in driving business growth, shaping marketing strategies, and fostering a strong company culture. With three decades of experience in the technology industry, Pat brings a wealth of knowledge from his work with both startups and established corporations, leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency and customer service.
Previously, Pat led transformative cloud migration initiatives and was instrumental in governance efforts for strategic cloud adoption. Earlier in his career, he served as an IT Director, contributing to significant organizational growth and eventual acquisition. His leadership reflects a deep commitment to innovation and delivering impactful results.
