Andy is the owner and CEO for AGE Solutions LLC. He has over 35 years of enterprise technology experience, most of which have been spent in the engineering of high-availability, high-security distributed networks. He has significant experience with major programs with the Department of Defense as a Principal Architect of classified and unclassified worldwide networks. His unparalleled knowledge of DoD telecommunications policy and pricing has enabled him to help customers improve network performance while reducing cost of ownership. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics from Creighton University and a Master’s Degree in Operations Research from George Washington University.

Dan joined AGE in May of 2023. Previously, was the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Accounting & Contracts at Project Performance Corporation, where he was responsible for managing all aspects of Profit & Loss and business operations. During his 30+ year professional career he has held senior level Financial positions with several recognized companies including Northrop Grumman and Hewlett Packard. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from University of Mary Washington.

Trey is an experienced executive with over 25 years in the industry and is currently the Chief Technology Officer at AGE Solutions. Before joining AGE, Trey led architecture and engineering projects at GDIT and NES Associates, including DISA (Defense Enterprise Office Solution (DEOS)), USAF Cloud Hosted Enterprise Services (CHES), Department of Veterans Affairs IPv6 transition, and DLA Enterprise Telecommunications Network Cyber Defense. Additionally, Trey has played a key role in securing new DoD business opportunities, highlighting both his technical expertise and his strategic business skills. He holds a degree from Virginia Tech in Decision Support Systems within Business Information Technology. Trey's credentials include Cisco Certified Internet Expert (CCIE) Emeritus, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and Azure Solutions Architect Expert.

Katrina serves as Business Unit Manager for AGE Solutions' U.S. Navy division, she oversees strategic initiatives, maintains key stakeholder relationships, and ensures top-notch service delivery to a prime client. Previously at General Dynamics Information Technology, Katrina was integral to the Army Business Development team, identifying and managing new opportunities and contributing to customer account plans based on market trends. She draws from over 10 years of experience leading teams, managing complex projects, and stimulating business growth to drive strategic management and enhance operational efficiencies.

Lori joined AGE Solutions in May 2021 and is the Chief Growth Officer. She draws from over 30 years of experience providing technology solutions to government and commercial customers with a track record of beating sales and bookings targets. Previously, Ms. Severson has held executive level positions at Awarepoint, General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems, Scientific-Atlanta, and Smiths Industries. Lori holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Studies from UCLA and a Masters of Business Administration from San Diego State University.

Ryan serves as the Chief Technology Officer and has over 20 years of experience developing technical solutions for the Department of Defense, Federal, and commercial customers. He has been at the forefront of technical innovations in the DoD including serving as the Lead Architect on the Defense Enterprise Office Solution (DEOS) program and spearheading design efforts for large scale architectures for customers including the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), and the United States Air Force (USAF). Prior to joining AGE Solutions, Mr. Finneran was a Solution Architect at GDIT and a Chief Engineer at NES Associates. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from The Ohio State University, is a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) and Cisco Certified Design Expert (CCDE), and is a proud veteran of the Ohio Air National Guard.

Pat oversees IT operations, cybersecurity, and compliance while playing a critical role in driving business growth, shaping marketing strategies, and fostering a strong company culture. With three decades of experience in the technology industry, Pat brings a wealth of knowledge from his work with both startups and established corporations, leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency and customer service. Previously, Pat led transformative cloud migration initiatives and was instrumental in governance efforts for strategic cloud adoption. Earlier in his career, he served as an IT Director, contributing to significant organizational growth and eventual acquisition. His leadership reflects a deep commitment to innovation and delivering impactful results.
